All our courses are prerecorded, which means there are no live meetings. You can access the course materials at any time that suits you best.

Additionally, if you are a Premium student you will have homework assignments that you can submit to the instructor for personalized feedback and guidance. Absolutely! We offer courses tailored for individuals at all levels, including those who are new to training. Whether you are a professional animal trainer or someone who has just welcomed their first animal, our courses are designed to accommodate learners of various experience levels. You will receive the necessary guidance and support throughout the course to help you successfully navigate the training material.

Registration ends exactly two weeks after the first day of the course. If you join after this period, your course duration will still be six weeks, counting from the official start date rather than your individual enrollment date.

Yes, you will receive a certificate upon completing the course.

In most cases, our courses are designed for one team consisting of a handler and one animal. Exceptions, if any, will be clearly stated in the course description.

Absolutely! We welcome all animals from different species to our courses. If, however, you would like to make sure or ask additional questions, write to us at [email protected].

The number of Premium participants is determined by the instructors and can vary.

If you haven’t received a response from your instructor within one day, please contact us at [email protected], and we will investigate the matter for you. Also, make sure that it is not one of the instructor’s days off, you can check it in the first organizational lesson of the course.

If there are no Premium participants registered for a course, the course will proceed exclusively for auditors.

No, sharing a course with a friend is strictly prohibited as it violates our terms and conditions. When you purchase a course, access is granted only to the individual buyer.

Yes, you can upgrade to the Premium spot as long as the registration for the course is still open and Premium spots are available. To upgrade, visit the main page of the course.

As a Premium participant, you will need the following equipment:

• Camera (your phone camera is sufficient)
• Tripod to stabilize your camera
• Computer with internet access
• Any additional equipment specified in the course description

To enroll in a course, follow these steps:

• Click on the desired course you wish to join.
• Choose between the Premium or Auditor option during the registration process.
• During the registration process, you have the option to create a TROMPLO account by selecting a username and password. Alternatively, you can also choose to create an account and log in using your Facebook or Google account.

Premium users can expect to receive feedback from the instructor on a daily basis. Please note that each instructor may have one day off per week, during which feedback may not be provided.

If you have a Premium spot, you have the opportunity to submit up to a total of 12 minutes of video per week for discussion and review. This means you can choose to submit twelve 1-minute videos, three 4-minute videos, or any other configuration that adds up to a maximum of 12 minutes. This flexibility allows you to share your progress and receive personalized feedback from the instructor based on the videos you submit.
