What you will build

This is independent online study with complete written lessons, worked cases, practical tools, and two assessment forms. Video examples are optional; every teaching point is available in text.

You can use a safe personal training project or the supplied Analyst Route. No exercise requires provoking a problem, working through distress, or continuing when health, welfare, safety, or professional scope sets a boundary.

  • Week 1 07 Aug 2026

    • Orientation: Choose the Behavior, Not the Hope

Duration is often described as “making the behavior longer.” That sounds simple, and then the training becomes strangely slippery. The…

    • Lecture 1: What Are You Asking to Last?

Learner outcome By the end of this lesson, you can define one duration target with observable onset, permitted variation, and…

    • Lecture 2: Is This Behavior Ready for Time?

Learner outcome By the end of this lesson, you can use observable evidence to decide whether time is ready to…

    • Lecture 3: The Trial Has Edges

Learner outcome By the end of this lesson, you can define the setup, onset, maintained interval, offset, delivery, reset, and…

    • Lecture 4: Your Clean Loop May Be Teaching Repetition

Learner outcome By the end of this lesson, you can map the complete acquisition loop and identify one event that…

    • Lecture 5: Add Dirt on Purpose

Learner outcome By the end of this lesson, you can redesign one repetition-producing loop by inserting a fluent, voluntary return,…

    • Lecture 6: The Behavior After the Behavior

Learner outcome By the end of this lesson, you can select and test a delivery-and-reset arrangement by observing the behavior…

Learner outcome By the end of this lesson, you can prewrite a time progression with separate planned and achieved values,…

    • Integration: What Changed Before the Break?

The biggest movement is often the least useful place to begin. A dog leaves the mat at six seconds. Rewind.
