Premium is available only when a current course page and checkout explicitly offer it. That edition states the feedback window, capacity, video limits, response schedule, access period, and price. When Premium is not shown, the current edition is Auditor / self-study.
What does the Auditor edition include?
Auditor participation includes the complete written lessons, video demonstrations, and practical assignments for independent study. You receive one year of access from purchase and a course certificate of attendance on completion. That document confirms attendance or completion; it is not Tromplo’s planned assessment-based competence certificate. Personalized homework review, video analysis, and instructor feedback are included only when a current Premium edition explicitly offers them.
Are your courses live or prerecorded?
Course materials are asynchronous: written lessons, recorded demonstrations, and practical assignments can be accessed at a suitable time. Some editions add asynchronous instructor feedback when Premium is explicitly offered. A course includes live meetings only when its page says so.
Can I learn at my own convenience?
Absolutely! With our prerecorded courses, you have the freedom to learn whenever you want to. Whether you prefer to study early in the morning or late at night, the choice is yours. The materials will be available to you 24/7, ensuring flexibility in your learning journey.
How much time per day will the course require for learning?
The amount of time required for daily learning can vary depending on factors such as the course content, your individual learning style, and personal commitments. Some courses may have a suggested time commitment mentioned in the course description, but ultimately, the pace of learning is flexible and can be adjusted to fit your schedule. We encourage you to allocate sufficient time each day to engage with the course material and complete any assigned tasks or exercises at a pace that works best for you.
What format are the lessons in? Video? Text?
Lessons combine written explanations with video demonstrations and practical assignments. The exact balance varies by course. Personalized instructor feedback is available only in a current Premium edition whose page and checkout explicitly include it.
How long will I have access to the course?
You receive one year of access to the course materials from purchase, unless a specific offer page explicitly states a different period.
