FOR EXISTING TRAINER’S TOOLBOX LEARNERS
The Toolbox has been rebuilt. Let us check the route that belongs to your purchase.
The original Trainer’s Toolbox brought observation, teaching methods, trainer mechanics, cue clarity, fluency, and troubleshooting into one thirty-lesson course. That material has now been reorganized into two focused parts with a clearer learning sequence and a more usable division between acquisition and later performance.
If you bought the original complete course, please do not buy both rebuilt parts at the standard price until we have checked your order and the terms attached to it. We will verify your record privately and tell you the correct route.

- Your original record is checked
We verify the purchase, account, and terms before recommending any new checkout. - Your access is treated separately
The owner route does not require you to surrender access already attached to the original course. - You receive the correct next step
We confirm whether your route is included access or an owner-only offer before you pay.
Why the course became two parts
A toolbox is useful only when the trainer can identify which tool the case calls for. The rebuilt structure separates two different jobs that are easy to collapse: constructing a clear behavior in the first place, and strengthening, cueing, generalizing, and troubleshooting that behavior later.
This is not a request to discard the original course. It is a route into a revised structure that makes the progression and decision points easier to use.

How the owner check works
- Contact Tromplo from the email used for your purchase. If you used another email, include it in the message.
- We locate the original order and course entitlement. We also check the access and revision promises that applied when you bought it.
- We confirm your route in writing. You receive the appropriate access instructions or a private owner-only checkout, depending on the verified terms.
You do not need to find an old order number before contacting us. The purchase email and approximate year are useful starting points.
Who should use this page
Use this route if you paid for the original complete Trainer’s Toolbox, if the course already appears in your Tromplo account, or if you bought one or both rebuilt parts after previously purchasing the original.
If you are new to Trainer’s Toolbox, begin with Part 1: Observe, Define, and Teach. The standard public prices for the rebuilt courses are US$139 each; the correct route for an existing owner is confirmed only after the original record and terms have been checked.
Check before you repurchase
Send a short message from the email connected to your Tromplo account. Use the subject Trainer’s Toolbox owner route and tell us whether you already bought Part 1 or Part 2.
Questions about the rebuilt Toolbox
Will I lose the original course from my account?
The owner check does not ask you to surrender access already attached to the original course. We verify that entitlement separately from any route into the rebuilt parts.
How much is the owner route?
Do not repurchase at the standard US$278 combined price before we check your record. The correct owner price—or included-access route—depends on the terms attached to the original purchase and will be confirmed privately.
Does the owner check decide certificate eligibility or tuition credit?
No. Access to the rebuilt Toolbox, evidence that a planned certificate prerequisite has been completed, and any tuition credit are three separate decisions. We first verify the original purchase and its terms. Certificate eligibility and credit will be confirmed only under the published rules for that pathway; one original complete-Toolbox purchase is not automatically treated as two US$139 course credits.
What if my original purchase included future revisions?
Tell us when you contact Tromplo. We will check the applicable promise before issuing access or a checkout link.
What if I already bought one rebuilt part?
Include that information in your message. We will compare the original and later orders before confirming the fair route.
What if I cannot remember which email I used?
Send the names and email addresses the order may have used, plus the approximate purchase year if you know it. Tromplo can search the records from there.
Your first step is a record check, not another public checkout.
We will identify the original terms, preserve the access attached to that purchase, and send the route that applies to you.
